HOW ARE WE DOING IT?

We will do this through Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), a method that allows organizations to anticipate their future talent needs and align their human resources strategy with the business’s strategic objectives. This process consists, first, of conducting a business analysis, second, understanding the organization’s strategy, and finally, conducting a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the workforce. This information, combined with current capabilities, the identification of future talent needs, acquisition and development processes, among other aspects, will allow us to develop a people strategy that is 100% aligned with the business.
